Step 1: Research
The first step to getting the home of your dreams is knowing what you want. What style of house are you looking for? How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want? What features would you like to have? Use our manufacturers site to evaluate floor plans.

Step 2: Contact your Town
Contact your towns Building office and tell them that you are considering doing construction. Ask them for the code for your property of setbacks, height limit, area coverage and other details that may pertain to your property.

Step 3: Contact Homes 2 Order
Homes 2 Order will work with you on all pricing and specifications and will also order your home. While your home is built in our factory, Homes 2 Order will lay the foundation and then complete all other site work. Homes 2 Order will help you through the entire construction process.

Step 4: Customize Your Design
You can now work with Homes 2 Order on your home design. This is where you match your desires and needs with a provided floor plan or one of your own. Working with Homes 2 Order, you can revise the plan as much as necessary until you are satisfied with the design of your home. We make customization easy. Many of the homes we build are customized from the original plan. From here, we will order your home from Excel Homes. In the meantime, Homes 2 Order will begin site preparation and you can look forward to moving into your new home in as little as six weeks.
